UK DELIVERIES – Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require signature on delivery, occasionally alternative providers may be used.

Special timed deliveries are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Occasionally there may be a delay from our delivery partner, we do not take responsibility for this and we can not issue a refund on your delivery. – We do not take responsibility for any issues with Royal Mail.

Any orders left outside an address or stolen from an address will have an investigation raised with Royal Mail. Unfortunately we do not replace or refund any of these orders unless a success investigation is the outcome. – We do try our best to ensure your parcel gets to you next day, occasionally there may be a reason for a delay, especially during busy times of the year.
If any order is sent back to us due to missing delivery an additional delivery fee will be applied for resending of the order back to you.

How does delivery protection work?

If you purchase our new Delivery Protection guarantee and your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed (meaning the cold chain is broken), Aesthetics warehouse will replace the parcel as fast as possible to avoid any further delays to your clinic.

What if I chose not to take out the delivery protection cover?

If you choose not to take out Delivery Protection cover, the customer will need to open an investigation with Royal Mail. This can take a few weeks, with no guarantee that the full amount will be paid back to the customer, as Royal Mail will only insure parcels up to the value of £100.


Aesthetics warehouse recommends that customers purchase the additional cover to provide peace of mind, and parcel cover, so your deliveries land on time, each time you order with us.
